2006 Chardonnay

 This chardonnay captures aromas of ripe peaches, hazelnuts, and freshly baked bread.  The palate is rich and round with flavors of apple and lemon, finishing with the suggestion of caramel.  Pair with crab cakes, mild to medium flavored cheeses, salads, seafood dishes and poultry.

Fragrances of honeysuckle and ripe melon mingle with citrus notes on the nose, the palate is full of fruit flavors balanced by a touch of acidity that creates a long and persistent finish.

 This wine is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. Violets and Black currents are accented nicely by an underlying earthiness. The palate is full of mixed berries and sweet fruit, finishing long with the essence of coffee.

2005 Tempranillo

Dense ruby color precedes aromas of ripe plums layered with cardamom spice.  Flavors of black cherry and cranberry are supported by well-integrated tannin, finishing long with a hint of toastiness.  One of the best wines served with tapas.
