First Lot Red Wine
 This wine is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. Violets and Black currents are accented nicely by an underlying earthiness. The palate is full of mixed berries and sweet fruit, finishing long with the essence of coffee.

2005 Cabernet Franc

2005 Cabernet Franc
 Youthful garnet color greets the eye, aromatics include ripe, red raspberries that layer with violets, and cola. The palate is concentrated and full-bodied with sweet fruit flavors integrated with finely textured tannins that lead to a persistent finish reminiscent of spicy orange peel.

2005 Tempranillo

2005 Tempranillo
Dense ruby color precedes aromas of ripe plums layered with cardamom spice.  Flavors of black cherry and cranberry are supported by well-integrated tannin, finishing long with a hint of toastiness.  One of the best wines served with tapas.

2005 Estate Merlot
Dense, youthful garnet in color, our 2005 Estate Merlot exhibits aromas
of black cherry, plums, and cocoa. The palate is soft and fruit forward,
supported by supple tannins.

and strong flavored cheeses.

2005 Zinfandel

2005 Zinfandel
Dense, inky garnet color greets the eye, followed by aromas of ripe blackberries, blueberries, and cinnamon spice. The palate is full of concentrated fruit flavors carried by soft, velvety tannins that lead to a hint of cocoa on the finish.

2004 Syrah

2004 Syrah
 Planted on a steep south-facing slope and in rocky soil, this Syrah produces black/purple color, rich texture with ample tannin, jammy fruit characters amidst chocolate, leather, smokey and coffee notes.
