2007 Chardonnay

2007 Reserve Chardonnay

Our 2006 Masque is fruit forward with aromas of ripe blackberries melding with spice and toasted notes. The palate is bursting with fruit flavors and supple tannins that carry through to the long finish.

2006 Tempranillo

Ruby color precedes aromas of cola and cherry layered with clove spice. Flavors of raspberry are highlighted by well-integrated tannin and toastiness with a long, lingering finish.

Our 2006 Tempranillo is incredibly food friendly, complementing a broad range of cuisine,
as is proven by being one of the wines traditionally served with tapas.

2005 Tempranillo

Dense ruby color precedes aromas of ripe plums layered with cardamom spice.  Flavors of black cherry and cranberry are supported by well-integrated tannin, finishing long with a hint of toastiness.  One of the best wines served with tapas.

2006 Merlot

The grapes were hand harvested from our View Forever Vineyard Estate at optimal ripeness, then destemmed and fermented in small lots until dryness.

Dense garnet color precedes aromas of black cherries, spice, and toast. The palate is soft and supple with ripe fruit flavors complemented by fine tannin and long finish.

Food Pairing:
Try this wine with grilled flat iron steaks served with beet salad and baby arugula.

2006 Zinfandel

Garnet in color, fruit aromas include ripe red raspberries and black cherries are accented by clove spice. The palate is fruit forward with smooth tannin and long finish.

2004 Zinfandel

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes were hand harvested from our View Forever Vineyard Estate at optimal ripeness, then destemmed and fermented in small lots until dryness. The young wine finished malo-lactic in 35% new French oak barrels and matured for 26 months with quarterly racking.

Youthful deep garnet color is followed by aromas of ripe black current and violets that layer
with cocoa. The palate is appropriately rich and full-bodied with concentrated flavors of ripe
blackberries carried by smooth, well integrated tannin and long finish.

Food Pairing:
Try this wine with rich pates, grilled steak with sauted mushrooms and blue cheese, or
hearty lasagna with salad.

2005 RESERVE Cabernet Sauvignon

2006 Syrah

2005 Syrah

2004 Syrah
